Operation Smile Vietnam 20th Anniversary (33 images)

This week international children's medical charity Operation Smile is carrying out 15 missions around Vietnam, to celebrate 20 years since they first began working in the country. As accredited photographer for the organisation, I'm covering the activities at the Haiphong Medical University Hospital, about 100km from Hanoi on the Gulf of Tonkin coast.
